Emailing pictures

I am having trouble figuring out how to email pictures. I have read the user guide and it is not helping me out. My friend has sendphotos gold and it is a lot easier, there is actually a send button. What do i do?

Once the photo’s that need to be sent are on the Selection tray of the Select tab click the Create tab. If the Select window setup to display photos in the list method, make sure all the photos to be used are checked. Click on the create tab to begin setting up the theme for emailing. To begin select the theme to use. Select your theme from the category drop list and display box. After the theme has been chosen select the Layout tab. Depending on the theme selected the options on this window will vary. Customize the layout as desired, to change the photo positions on the page, choose from one of the 8 photo layout options. If at any point the theme needs to be changed, click the Theme tab. At this point the page can be sent to the Web or through Email. The buttons for these are in the toolbar near the top on the right side.
