Trying to follow the suggested format....
I started out with version 3.11, which wouldnt even detect my phone, and have now upgraded to version 3.28 which detects my phone but can not identify it. I have a Slvr l6 and am using a USB cable. My operating system is windows XP. I have installed the drivers and all updates, but when I try to plug up my phone I get a "phone was detected but could not be identified" message. It then asks me to pick a phone from the list, but the Slvr is not listed. I got my software with my phone and the updates using live update.
Any suggestions would be very helpful. I adore this phone but honestly, the reason I got it, seems to be the only thing that is not working.. :x
