View Full Version : Why can't I delete an on line album

I have been a user since Sendphotos 3 and presently using 4.1. When I posted an album with som caption errors I went to my photoblog to delete it and see everything as changed. Even the help file brings up help for version 5 which is useless tothose still using ver 4 like me. After clicking on every link I could not find anyway to delete the bad photostory so what gives?
I am also trying to upgrade to 5 but the stupid order form that says I am suppose to get $10 off keeps confirming the price at the end at full price and it is not May26 yet so I am waiting for customer service to reply to email on that. Meanwhile, how do I delete that bad photoblog?

Verify that your logged in or go to username.sendphotos.com > sign in > My Locker tab > Photo Stories > Select the one you want > Delete on top banner bar.

The issue with the price has been resolved try going to www.sendphotos.com click on the $10's off then you will see the special offer for 19.95. It can also be purchased directly through are Sales line 720-330-1450.

I followed instruction, I log in with my user name thehortons but it signs me in and there is no My Locker Tab you say to select.

my account is thehortons.sendphotos.com and I have signed in with both my user name and my email bernie@hortons.us and the password is correct so now what.......?

I tried to follow the instructions as well, but i cannot find the MY LOCKER TAB either. Please help!

your on version 5 correct?
