I want my money back for SendPhotos version5.
I “upgraded” from SendPhotos 4 Gold. So you can simply refund the $19.95.
I found nothing intuitive about this thing, but after hours of frustration, I thought I had it figured out. I uploaded several “shows” and “folders” and invited only my spouse (another computer) and each of my sons to try it out.
They have to REGISTER just to see the pictures?
I advised them not to do so, and I would use my regular on-line service.
This is a shame since I had loaded numerous kids’ birthday parties and trip photos over the several years that I used sendphotos. In fact, just a month or so ago, I upgraded my capacity so that I could leave the pictures on line.
It appears that you are spending so much time advertising and trying to sell stuff that you have not bothered to continue the excellent service that was provided by the originators.
You have all sorts of information about my account, so refund my money and I will unclutter my computer with this waste of effort.
