Err: There is no supported modem installed

ISP finally has V.92 phone access and I have Call Waiting and Caller ID but when I try to launch MOH I get the error message "There is no supported modem installed." MOH version 1.40 came with Dell Dimension 2350. Using Windows XP SP2. Device Manager shows BCM V.92 56K modem in PCI slot 1 (PCI bus 1, device 4, function 0). Control Panel shows device is assigned to Com 3 and is working properly. Under the Modem On Hold tab: Enable Modem On Hold is checked. Driver tab: Version 3.5.25.0. Resources tab: Memory range ED002000-ED002FFF, I/O range C000-C00F, IRQ 16.

The message "There is no supported modem installed" this message means that the modem or the modem driver you have installed does not support the modem on hold software.

You can try to update the Driver though Bradcom.(BCM)
