SendPhotos 5 & Outlook 2007

The SendPhotos toolbar/menu item is not showing up in Outlook 2007 even though the option to add a quick access and menu is selected. Is there a bug or is it my computer?

I read this post with interest b/c I am having two problems: (1) no button on Outlook toolbar, but (2) I cannot create an outlook email if outlook is already open--that is, EVERYTIME I want to send a SendPhotos email, I have to close out of outlook, open sendphotos, create & send the email (which then works in Outlook) and FINALLY re-open outlook and go back to what I was doing. Ridiculous. Is there any solution? The cited help article is both incoherent and unhelpful. As a last point, it took 5.5 hours overnite for the program to "optimize" my photos, whereas the easy & wonderful Send PHotos Gold 4 simply found them & displayed them immediately. What on earth is it doing all that time?

Am using the eval vers of SG5 - it says "it doesnt appear Outlook is installed on my PC...run a repair etc" - I do have Outlook 2007 and it works fine. There is no longer a repair under Vista - just an "Office Diagnostics" which when run says all is well. Pls advise. Thx

Our plugin is not compatible with Outlook 2007. This is a known issue.

Sorry, but "known issue" doesn't solve the problem of not being able to use send photos with Outlook 2007. When i made the upgrade purchase i purposely checked for "known issues" and none were expressed.

Is there a work around or should i simply get my money back? I have been using SendPhotos and upgrading as it was offered for a couple of years now.

Theres currently not a work around. We will post information on the forum once an update or patch is released.
