Cannot install EXPERT PDF 4

When I try to install the software it opens my copy utility folder instead! So when I try to install EXPERT PDF 4 all I get is a window asking me to scan a document!
How do I get around this?

How are you installing from the CD or a download?

What is the OS you are installing this software on?

You can try to install this software but Browsing CD form the my computer screen. then open the DATA> US> SETUP.EXE..
