Does Ringtone Media Studio have the ability to convert mp3 files to the mid or midi format?

I have that problem too. I purchased this item since it stated on the side panel quote:

Media formats supported:

Audio - MIDI, WMA WAV, MP3, ACC, SMAF, AMR and audio CD.

It even listed my phone.

But when I went to save the file, MIDI wasn't on the list, and all the formats I could save to were not supported by my phone, or could be used as a ringtone, it uses midi (samsung sync).
