I have an unlocked Motorola RAZR V3 and Cingular service. I have unlimited web access and lots or room on my phone. I'm able to get to the BVRP website, log in and find the ringtones I created with RMS. When I attempt to download, it always comes back after a bit with the message "Data Server Not Available".
I've tried using the text message I get from RMS and going directly to the URL with the same results.
Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?
