v.2 wont install on xp pro

I just bought v2.0.1 from circuit city today and when I attempt to install from the cd I get this message: "Please go to the control panel to install and configure system components". I get the same error message if you try to follow the directions of the error message.

You get the same error if you explore cd and click on install or copysys or go through run d:\install.

No problems with any of the other software I own and have loaded.

You will need to make sure that you are installing the software on the C:Drive.

there are no know issues with installing the software on Windows XP.

If you will be able to provide proof of purchase we can send you out a Download to try to install with..

Send a copy of the receipt to support@bvrpusa.com

Proof of purchase could be ascanned copy of the CD, or the receipt of Ringtone media studio

I truely understand that you are not aware of everyone's technical abilities, I see that I posted a v2 question in the v1 arena (sorry), I also see that I am not the only one that has purchased a bad cd or a cd with bad files.

I downloaded the trial version from your website and used my key code from the one that I bought, is that the same download you will send me after receiving my cicruit city receipt? If it is not, then I'll send you the receipt in a .pdf, if it is then thanks anyway.
