i need help asap

i have an account on the online media library for this software. and the account had the serial number for unlimited downloads and such. however i can not remember the password for the account, and the email address used for the account has expired and i cannot access it. if support is reading this, i can give you the expired address to find my account and i can give you my new one so i can recieve the password.
