Expert PDF Fails to convert bullet points and other symbols

Program : Expert PDF 4 Pro

O/S: Windows XP Pro SP2

Document Conversion: Microsoft Word 2003 Document to PDF

Hi,

Upon conversion of a Microsoft Word 2003 Document into a PDF document.

Bullet points and Scientific symbols are replaced by '?' symbols.

Can you please tell me how to solve this issue.

This issue has been fixes in the lateist version of the Expert PDF software.. you will need to update to that version..

Start> All programs> Expert PDF> Live updater..

Hi following your instructions to go

Start --> All Programs --> Expert PDF will not work

The Program is installed in the directory 'VisageSoft'

Going Start --> All Programs --> VisageSoft --> Expert PDF

I see no option for a live updater. Searching the directory of the program also yielded no success.

Is it possible the revision of the product I have is so old that In my version no live updater exsisted?

Could you supply me with some other way of updating your product perhaps via HTTP or FTP download.

If you are not able to Live update the software, if you will be able to provide Proof of purchase to support@bvrpusa.com or my email address in the forums.

To manually update Expert PDF we will need to verify purchase.

With the subject as PLEASE SEND EXPERT PDF DOWNLOAD to receive the update. Proof of purchase could be a scanned copy of the CD, or the receipt of Expert PDF..
