Cannot extract audio from cd.....

I just purchased Ringtone Media Studio to be able to extract audio from my cd's and turn them into ringtones. Guess what it doesn't work! I am pretty upset right now and would like a solution or my money back!

What happens when you try to take a track from the CD to the software?

What file format are the audio tracks on the Disk.?

What is the computers OS?

It looks like it is about to start extracting and then just stops.

Tracks are cda on disc.

If I were you I'd rip the songs using Real Player. Real Player rips music to an MP3 format. Then you can use RMS to edit your MP3s.
