Uninstalling software

I am having the same problem all the other folks are having. I have a Lexmark all-in-one and this software will not let me send out a fax. I tried unistalling your software and I get an error message. My PC will not let me uninstall your software. Can you help me ? :roll:

What happens when you try to send a fax?

What error message are you getting when trying to remove?

When I try to send a fax it says " your transaction will not be processed, line down on last attempt !
The error code that I get when trying to uininstall is a windows error symbol with no code # on it. Uninstalling makes the error message freeze, I have to click on it repeatedlt to make it unfreeze, the it says ERROR_LOADING_DLL !

Remove the program manually.

Remove C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\BVRP Software\ and C:\Program Files\Faxtools\


NOTE: Editing the registry can cause other programs to not work or the operating system to become unreliable. If you are not comfortable following the instructions below please inform
Go to Start, Run, and enter regedit in the box, press OK. In this Window go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE then Software then remove BVRP Software.

Once removed reinstall the program.
