Download Failed

I got the trial version and downloaded 2 ringtones no problem. Then I paid for the whole version and updated my software with the serial number. I am now trying to download another ringtone and everything goes ok and it downloads about 6% of the song, then I get "Download Failed"--

I have enough room in my memory for this file so I am not sure what the problem is


any thoughts?

PS I have Cingular Wireless and I have a Motorola V400

Just found out that Cingular is having nationwide problems with media stuff--I probably shoulda checked that first...

What is the size and file type you are trying to send to the phone?

Are you trying to send the file to the Memory card or the phone its self?
