I have a helio sph-a503 not supported by ring tone media what can I do

My phone is not listed in Ringtone Media Studio, what should I do?

Answer:
Click the link to update the list of mobile phones then, if present select your mobile phone from the list. If your mobile phone is still not listed you can enter the settings for your mobile phone manually by checking the "I want to specify my mobile phone settings" box. You will need the specifications for the phone at this point. Generally this can be found in the user manual for the phone or the manufacturers website.. The Wizard will appear next asking for the following information:

• Screen size in pixel format.
• Ringtone media supported.
• Video Format if applicable.

Verify the phones information is correct on the final window before pressing finish.
