No modem detected

Hi

I am trying to set up faxtools but it will not recognise my modem, its not in the list, its a sagem f@st 800, i have the disk but it wont pick up from that. It is connected by usb and is broadband, any ideas?

The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your DSL modem, however if you still have an analog modem installed in your PC, you should still be able to get it to work fine. Typically you will need to have a filter plugged into the analog modem and we do have a document on our website outlining how it needs to be hooked up so please take a look if you are running into any problems since getting DSL: www.bvrpusa.com/download/documentation/DSL_Setup.pdf
