Using Fax Tools with MYOB

I Export a Doccument to Fax Tools from MYOB and only the bottom corner of the page appears. The rest of the page is blank. This is also all that goes through when I send a fax. How can i get it to send the whole page?

Is the document attached within the program?

What version of faxtools are you on?

Try attaching just a regular text document.

Version 5.10 - it came with a Lexmark X1195

attaching a regular doccument works fine.

i'm not sure what exactly you mean by "Is the document attached within the program?"

... I create an Invoice, click fax and it brings it up in Fax Tools to be faxed... but only the bottom corner. The rest of it is blank. Mabey there is a problem between Myob and Fax tools; but it used to work on our old computer... we were using Phone Tools then.

From the invoice try going to file/print/capture fax.

Then try to fax out.

What happens?

It works!
