You would need to install the phone as Bluetooth modem in your pc and make sure the phone is working as a modem by doing query modem “
To see if your modem is working correctly:
1. Go to Start, Control Panel, Phone and Modem Options, Modems tab, highlight your Bluetooth modem and click the properties button.
2. Click on the Diagnostics tab and click the Query modem button.

A normal response will display some information under the Command and Response section. An abnormal response will result in a popup error message.

Question:
How do I transfer through Bluetooth or Infrared?

Answer:
The file to be transferred must be opened and edited. Please refer to the help for needed steps. Once the file editing is completed:

1. Insure the phone is paired or linked through the Bluetooth or Cable manufacturers software prior to file transfer.

2. Select ”Transfer to phone" from the toolbar near the top of the screen.

3. A "Transfer a file" dialog box will be displayed, the detected transfer methods will be displayed. The grayed out options were not detected. If your transfer method was not detected make sure it is configured correctly.

4. Click the OK button to start the transfer. The software for the transfer device will appear.
