Error Message

I get an error message, BVRP Wap Server-404 Error (page not found) when I try to download my ringtone

Did you get this error on the PC or your Phone ?
If in the PC I need to see screen shot of the error .
e-mail it to sadhim@bvrpusa.com , include this forum link with the email .

1. With the message/error on the screen, press the PrintScreen or PrtScn button on your keyboard.

2. Click Start, Programs, Accessories, and click Paint to open Paint.

3. Click Edit, Paste in Paint. The picture of the message should appear in the Paint window.

4. Click File, Save As..., where it says Save In at the top, change this to Desktop.

5. In the File name field type in your last name, in the Save as type field set it to JPEG and click the Save button.

6. Reply to this e-mail and attach the file from your Desktop.

What type of phone do you have?
Who is your phone carrier?
Is the memory full on the phone?
What is your account name?

I have a motorola krazor k1m. My carrier is sprint. No my memory is not full at all. My account name is Florence Daniels

Do you have web access service with your phone provider (sprint) in your phone plan service ?

This si sort of strande because I just downloaded an image, but I still can't get to my ringtones. I get the same message.

We had an issue and it should be fixed now , so try to re-upload your files to the locker and try again to dwonload .
