I get and http error 500 when trying to download ringtones for either my LG 1400, Motorola V551 or Motorola RAZR phones. I am using ringtone media studios 2.10 and able to download polyphonic songs from the online library to my pc and then upload them to MyLocker. I can connect to MyLocker from any of the phones and go to ringtones, it's then when I hit select on my phone I see sending>>> and then the http error 500. I also see the exact same issue when trying to download images from MY Locker to the phone. My service provider is Cingular. I have contacted them for assistance however, they have informed me that since I have successfully logged onto My Locker.... that everything from there end is functioning correctly. Any ideas?
Thanks.

The error 500 for your Internet network service provider threw your phone , so it means you can't access the web threw your phone service plan , you would need to check with cingular if you do have plan to access the web threw their service .

As indicated before...... My Cingular Wireless plan provides data (Internet Access). I can login in to My Locker with username and password from my phone..... I am able to select the Ringtones folder after I have logged in... I can select the ringtone file that I am trying to download to the phone.. This is the point where I receive error code 500. Please explain where the problem is...
Thanks,
Rick
