http error 500

I get and http error 500 when trying to download ringtones from my LG PM-255. I am using ringtone media studios 2.10 and am able to download polyphonic songs from the online library to my pc and them upload them to MyLocker. I can connect to MyLocker from my phone and go to ringtones, it's then when I hit select on my phone I see sending>>> and then the http error 500: There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it can't be displayed. pops up in a new window. I have tried this several times with different polyphonic ringtones from the sample library and polyphonic ringtones downloaded from the online library.

Any ideas or suggestion would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

You would need to check if you can access the web form your phone , this issue is either your phone or the phone service provider .
