Serial number required each time I run?

Each time I start the Ringtone media studio application it requires I re-enter the serial number. This seems odd and I've searched the forums with no remedy. Is this normal and if not how do I make it go away?

From where you did purchase the software ?
I need to see a photo scan copy of the purchase order's receipt .
I need also to see a screen shot of the Serial number message and I need to know what is your Serial number ?
How to take screen shot :

1. With the message/error on the screen, press the PrintScreen or PrtScn button on your keyboard.

2. Click Start, Programs, Accessories, and click Paint to open Paint.

3. Click Edit, Paste in Paint. The picture of the message should appear in the Paint window.

4. Click File, Save As..., where it says Save In at the top, change this to Desktop.

5. In the File name field type in your last name, in the Save as type field set it to JPEG and click the Save button.

6. Reply to this e-mail and attach the file from your Desktop.
