cd won't work

I bought ringtone media studio v1 a while ago, and finally got around to opening the box. I went to put the cd in and it like its not even there. Its not a problem with my computer because it works fine on all other cds. what can I do? I click on the drive itself and it says there is no cd there.

I have the same issue. I bought this from Compusa. The CDROM can not read the CD. CD sleeve has lable "Ringtone Studio V 1.04 along with the registration key. How can I just download a new image?
