hi can someone help kdavison@mountaincable.net i just purchased said printer trying to run the fax tools, i have cable modem(internet) with phone modem USR 56k faxmodem, pluged into the wall, with digital cable land phoneline,(not bell) when i try to send i get the message, modem management disabled, no device connected!. i've done everything in my power to figure it out, now i have other fax software (win fax ), and it works fine, anyone else have any problem like this, so i don't need this software but would like to keep the bundle together
