File transfer failed (Internal error (-53))

I am seeing the following error message when I try to transfer over the air to my locker. I have an LG PM-225 with SprintPCS but I don't think it has anything to do with my phone or service. It's just never uploading the file.

1-What version of Ring tone Media studio do you have ?

2- When exactly you get this error and where ? in your PC or in your Phone ?

3- Do you service with your phoen to access the Internet and serve webs ?
