"Bad Gateway" for Locker address from Samsung SGHc

I purchased this software, read the book, made my ringtones and sent them to my Locker. It sent me messages for 9 different tones, telling me to go to a particular web address to download them. I had access denied. I upgraded my phone plane to include web access, but when I tried again, it said "Bad Gateway". The address for my Christmas song tone was http://ota.bvrp.com/OTAFile.asp?D=CAVA000002628327841

Please help me figure out why this will not work? I have also contacted T-Mobile about this.

If you can't access the ring tone link , please contact your phone service provider to make sure you can access and serve webs threw their service .
