D:DRIVE SAYS NO DISK

:x I PURCHASED DVD2POD I PUT IT IN THE DISK DRIVE AND OPEN START MENU THEN HIT RUN AND TYPE D:INSTALL AND MY COMPUTER REPLYS "NO DISK" "INSERT DISK" WHAT DO I DO?????HELP PLEASE I'VE READ SOME BAD THINGS ON THIS SITE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT, SOME HELP WOULD BE GREAT..OR TELL ME HOW TO RETURN THIS PRODUCT..

Open My Computer, is it possible to open the D: drive with the CD in it? If so try the following:


-Put the CD in the drive
-Wait for the first screen to pop up, then close it
-Browse on the CD to \Data\US and run setup.exe
