Motorola V557 - Error downloading pics

I have a Motorola V557 Phone and a Kensington bluetooth usb. I can upload pics from my phone to the computer, but I can't download pics from computer to phone. I am getting "Error copying file (OBEX_ERR_CLOSED)? Do the Pics have to be a special size or format?
Do I need to turn something on?

What software are you using ? If you are using Mobile Phonetools

For mobil Phonetools to work with Bluetooth doungle it needs the doungle to support :
1- OBEX
2- Dunn
3- Object push .
