Samsung x497 - Error 1101 The address used does not exist

I am having problems downloading to this Cingular phone. I can go to the url and it prompts for my login and password but then gives me the above error. Anybody know what is causing this? The software works fine uploading to my other phone which is a Nokia.

Do you have an Internet access service with Cingular ?
