I put the disk in. When I click on install, a pop-up named "OpenMG Limited Patch Installer" comes up. In the box it says, "You need to stop OpenMG application to install OpenMG Limited Patch. Do you want to install OpenMG Limited patch now"? Yes or No
I chose yes because I have no idea how to stop "OpenMG".
Another box popped up saying "Installation is done" (referring to the OpenMG Limited Patch). I clicked on the program "Install" again, with the same results. I can't get past this OpenMG pop up. Suggestions on what to do next will be appreciated. :?:

I'm trying to install Ringtone Media Studio boxed version purchased at Comp USA, last week. Sorry for the omission that I thought I was posting in the RMS forum. Other info is;
Sony Vaio Laptop
3.6 mHz P4
1 gig of ram
Win XP SP2
56 GB free space on HD
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

1-Put the CD in the drive
2-Wait for the first screen to pop up, then close it -Browse on the CD m search for *.exe on the CD , run the file setup.exe

Your instructions did not work. There is no "setup.exe" on the disk. I put in the Ringtone Media Studio CD (Ver.2.0.0.118) and when the install wizzard appeared, I closed it. I browsed the CD and found "install.exe" and "CopySys.exe". These are the only two executables on the disk. When I clicked "install.exe" it opened the same wizzard that I has previously closed. :cry: Any other ideas will be appreciated. TIA.
