Failed to create file...more help needed [Archive]

I have Ringtone Media Studio version 1.04, with Windows XP, have ran all the updates for Windows, Explorer, and Media Player, but still can't save the files. I used to be able to make them, made several in fact, but each time I try now it won't work. The only thing I can think of is that I downloaded utorrent since then. I've checked and I have the correct codec thats listed in the previous response. I'm not sure what to do to get this to work again. Should I try to uninstall utorrent?

OK, I uninstalled utorrent, then after messing around, ended up deleting the FHg codec and reinstalling it by downloading music match. It works now.
