Troble with motorola V710 (verison)

I think i am doing something wrong somewhere. I created a vzwpix account but the ringtones i make are too big to upload onto there from their website so i send it to my phone directly from Ringtone Media Center. It says its sent but i dont recieve it on my phone. :?:

Verizon phones have the direct transfer methods disabled (Bluetooth, USB cable, and IRDA) as well as limitation to OTA (Over The Air) transfer known as walled garden*. Due to this the www.vzwpix.com will be needed to transfer media to phones for Verizon customers.

There is no other way you can use in In Ringtone Media studio software to transfer and if you have a problem with verizon network threw the vzwpix.com , then you would need to contact verizon .
