Why is phone in registration list, but not in software list?

My phone, a Motorola RAZR V3, was included in the list of phones in the drop-down lists when I registered online--but when I go into the software to choose my phone, it's not there. Why would a phone be listed in the online registration but not in the software? I've downloaded the latest version of the software when registering, so that shouldn't be the problem.

From Ringtone media studio , click options , select my phone , form the device manufacture go to Motorola and from device Module go down and you will see V3 phone on the list .

I looked for RAZR or RAZOR in the list, rather than V3, because when I registered online, the pull-down listed RAZR. That did it, and I was finally able to download a ringtone I've wanted for five years. Many thanks!
