Faxes are not transmitting/timeout before transmition finish

Using lexmark 1100 series all in one. Have DSL internet thru bellsouth. When I try to fax, the faxes do not go thru they are always timed out before completing transmition.

The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your DSL modem, however if you still have the analog modem that our software came with installed in your PC, you should still be able to get it to work fine. Typically you will need to have a filter plugged into the analog modem and we do have a document on our website outlining how it needs to be hooked up so please take a look if you are running into any problems since getting DSL: www.bvrpusa.com/download/documentation/DSL_Setup.pdf
