problems using usb cable with samsung mma 920

i have a sprint phone samsung mma 920 i have the software install and when i go to ringtone media and save a file it saves it to a file on my computer but how do i get it on my phone.i read that you are to use the software that the phone came with but the software doesnt give me no option to send the song to my phone.i see something on my software that says connect your phone.and my phone says usb is connected on the phone.can u please help me...
