motorola v551 internal server error downloading music

hello, I am currently trying out your software through sms.But when I send a mp3 file to my phone I get a error 500 internal server error.But if I enter the address manualy given by your site, i can download and receive the file? Sorry dont understand.Have motorola v551 phone with cingular.I am trying to use the ringtone media studio version 1.04.I can access the internet with my phone so I am good there?

Do you have Multimedia SMS service with your Phone compny service provider ?

what do you you mean by that,sorry dont understand. Please explain and which ones are available for cingular.If you mean like a media pack.I think I do

You would need to check with cingular if you can send SMS with a multimedia file attached .
