ring tones

when i receve a fax i hear the ring tones. when i send fax no ring tones why is this?

I'm not understanding do you mean you dont hear the fax tones when the fax is send or you dont here the phone ring?

there is no record of it in outbox

Open faxtools go to configure/general setup/communication tab make sure keep finished transmissions is checked.
