If I disconnect the Ethernet network cable, the nomad.exe goes up on 100 percent of CPU extent of utilization.

Is this a permanent change or short term? Also if you could elaborate on the system this is occurring on.

It is permanent until the ethernet network cable is connected again.
Following the reconnecting the LAN-cable the system is working again with normal speed.
The error is repeatbable.

If the cable is unplugged with Connection Manager closed is there any other process that takes up resources? What version of the software is this occurring on? It was tested on version 1.10 here without issue. Also what network card is being used?

The firewall brought it up, and when I try to Google whatever the firewall filters, I can't ever get into Google, so I have to write it down, and Google it later. (Is this a problem with Avanquest or with my computer?)

Meantime, I have to make a decision about whether to allow or not to allow....

In this case, I told it to never allow, for no particular reason.
