Website won't let me log in

The ringtone media studio website (at mepoints) won't let me log in to transfer my files via SMS. Can someone tell me what's going on. It keeps saying wrong password and username, or that my account is inactive. This happens even after I've told the system to give me a new password.

I'm getting more angry by the day!

Send an email with the same email address that you used when create the account for the ringtone media studio software so we can access your account and unblock it .

This issue usually happened when you try to change the account information .
