The program will not work through high-speed it uses the analog modem.

Do you have a telephone line connected to the analog modem?

If your using high-speed for the internet connection you should be able to have the internet on and still use Faxtools since its going through the analog modem.

Is the line going directly from the wall to the computer or from a splitter to the computer?

The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your cable modem, however if you still have the analog modem that our software came with installed in your PC, you should still be able to fax provided it is still plugged into an analog phone line. We do offer two software packages that allow you to fax over the internet with cable. These are FaxTools eXPert and PhoneTools eXPert.

FaxTools eXPert
