lexmark x 5150 no fax

bvrp fax 5.08 came with lexmark X 5150 printer. I believe at one time was able to receive fax, but never send. XP 5.01.2600 sevice pack 2. Ambient HaM Data Fax Voice, Ambient Technologies modem, dial up line no high speed available. I would like to fix and beable to use fax

The modem is Ambient Technologies dont know why it didnt post to previous body nor why it showed guest
