Unable to open eXpert PDF with Adobe 7.0

Hi,

how come I can't create a file with eXpert PDF which can be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader (ver. 7)? Why can I not choose PDF as a file format when saving a file? Is there some other format which can be opened with Acrobat reader?

I'm not sure what you mean, how are you creating the Document? The only formats you should be able to save in is PDF or the job format of Expert PDF. Are you clicking on save Job or Save PDF?
