i created a ringtone from a song i had on my computer and it says that o have to get a handler when i try to play it on my phone. How do i fix that?

1-How you did transfer the ring tone to the phone ?

2- What type of a file is the ring tone , the size of the file and does your phone support the type and the size ?

3- I need to know what exactly the error says ?

All it says is handler required. Then when you choose to "get handler" it takes you to the Sprint Website for downloading ringers. But there is no choice to get a handler. :cry:

You need to make sure with your phone service provider if your phone does support the file type and if they allow you to donowload ring tone from thired party software .

Your software represents that it is compatible with Sprint...so does that answer mean that it is not with ALL Sprint phones?

The software does support all phones but it deepens on your phone if it does support type and size of the file that you did transfer .
You do not have a problem with the transfer process but teh problem is the phone having problem recognizing the file type a or the size .

I did not get any answer from you for the following questions :

1-How you did transfer the ring tone to the phone ?

2- What type of a file is the ring tone , the size of the file and does your phone support the type and the size ?

3- Are you using version 1 or 2 ?

Also I want you to try to set the phone driver to a Generic :
From Ringtone software go to options , select my phone , click on Generic and click ok , try that and let me know if it will work for you ..

If you are using Bluetooth to transfer try to use Generic driver at the following :

From Ringtone Media Studio :
1- Click options .
2-Click select my Mobil phone.
3- Select Generic driver and click next and finish .
