Ok my phone is an sonyericsson Z520a and it supports mp3 and everthing but when I send my ringtones to my phone it has a lot of static in the back ground and you can barely hear how do I take the static out of the backgroud. I know that it is not my phone because I have 2 ringtone softwares I used to have Xingtone Ringtone Maker but I stoped using it because it made my phone bill highier but when I did have it the ringtones came out perfect ther was no static in the background. So now I have Ringtone Media Studio because I took text message off of my phone and starting using Bluetooth. I love Ringtone Media Studio but I need to know how do I get the static out of the background I cant even hear what the person is saying because of the static. So can someone help me :D

How did you create the ring tone or from where you did get the ring tone file is it a song and how did you copy to your PC ?
When play the file using windows media player software did you hear the same static or not ?
If you hear the same static that means it is the file itself .
If Not then you can send us the file by email and you can use www.bvrpformus.com to send the email .

How do I put my ringtones in a diffrent format because when I make them and send them to my phone it shows up under some flie that says amr. Every time I send a ringtone it shows up under that file type the ringtone plays ok but you can hear a little static in the background. Also I dont hear any static when I play my cds in windows media player the cd sounds great. I know that my phone supports mp3 but every time I send it to my phone it shows up under a file called amr how do I fix this problem. Can someone please tell me how do I make my file into a mp3 file. Try to save the file on your PC , listen to the file if it is clear , try to copy the file from your PC to your phone and paly it .
Make sure to delete the file from your phone first .
