Cannot Download update

My brother purchased your Ringtone Mega Studio ENU in order to create ringtones for his LG VX8300 mobile phone. He does not have internet access in order to update the phone list so his phone will be listed for the software. He needs the BVRP update file MMS060613007645to be able to pick his phone from the list. Is there a way I can download that file from your site so I can burn it on a CD for his computer?

To set up a phone that is not in the phones list :
From Ringtone Media Studio :
1- Click options .
2-Click select my Mobil phone.
3-Check the (specify my phone setting manually ).
4- Click next and you need to setup all the information about your phone and you can get that form your Phone user guide.


If the phone is Bluetooth and you have Bluetooth in your PC :
You need to install the phone as a Bluetooth phone modem in your PC .
To make sure your phone is installed as Bluetooth modem go to :

In Windows XP/2000:
This can be found by clicking Start, Control Panel, Phone and Modem Options, Modems tab. Your modem name will be listed here.


To see if your modem is working correctly:
1. Go to Start, Control Panel, Phone and Modem Options, Modems tab, highlight your modem and click the properties button.
2. Click on the Diagnostics tab and click the Query modem button.

A normal response will display some information under the Command and Response section. An abnormal response will result in a popup error message.
