Receiving Faxes

I am trying to figure out why I can no longer receive faxes with my Classic Phone Tools. I'm fairly certain that I was able to on our new Dell XPS, but now I can't. I can send faxes but not receive.

Please help!!!

When you are trying to recive a fax does the software give you any error message?

To recive a fax make sure you do have the Computer on and have the classic phone tools open on the screen..

(make sure that you are not on the phone line or online with Dileup service)

"open on the screen" Implies "Open & Minimized" may not work. It will, Right? Thanks!
