Question 1 - Is this phone compatible with Bluetooth ringtone transfer directly from Ringtone Media Studio V1.04?

Question 2 - I have paired PC and Phone sucessfully. I cannot transfer ringtones to the phone. The adaptor is incorporated in a Dell E1505 laptop (Dell Model 350 Bluetoooth Adaptor) and is reportedly OBEX transfer compatible. I get the old - Bluetooth adaptor not found message.

You need to install the phone as a Bluetooth phone modem in your PC .
To make sure your phone is installed as Bluetooth modem go to :

In Windows XP/2000:
This can be found by clicking Start, Control Panel, Phone and Modem Options, Modems tab. Your modem name will be listed here.


To see if your modem is working correctly:
1. Go to Start, Control Panel, Phone and Modem Options, Modems tab, highlight your modem and click the properties button.
2. Click on the Diagnostics tab and click the Query modem button.

A normal response will display some information under the Command and Response section. An abnormal response will result in a popup error message.



To set up a phone that is not in the phones list :
From Ringtone Media Studio :
1- Click options .
2-Click select my Mobil phone.
3-Check the (specify my phone setting manually ).
4- Click next and you need to setup all the information about your phone and you can get that form your Phone user guide.
