Line Down on last attempt

I cant not send some fax .... Line Down on last attempt what is the problem my modem is pctel platinum v 90 modem and i got win xp

Are you on dialing up or dsl?

The program is not finding the line.

The version of our software that you currently use does not support faxing directly with your DSL modem, however if you still have the analog modem that our software came with installed in your PC, you should still be able to get it to work fine. Typically you will need to have a filter plugged into the analog modem and we do have a document on our website outlining how it needs to be hooked up so please take a look if you are running into any problems since getting DSL: www.bvrpusa.com/download/documentation/DSL_Setup.pdf
