Upgrade to Version 2.X?

I recently purchased and registered my Ringtone Media Studio in May of this year. You now have an upgrade to version 2.X available. Do you not offer free upgrades to your software when people have purchased and registered your software within a given timeframe? I've had the software about 3 months now. This used to be kind of an industry standard thing, but it doesn't seem so anymore. What is your policy on this?

Also, do you now have support for the Motorola e816 Hollywood phone included in version 2.x of RMS?

No, the E816 is not supported in the 2.x version.

Version 1 will not update to version 2. Version 2 is only available through a purchase.
